Privacy Policy

Nabdrops is a service of Perry Capital LLC, doing business as Nabdrops ("Nabdrops," "we," "us"). Nabdrops sends alerts when ticket and hotel prices drop and when campsites, permits and timed-entry reservations open up from cancellations. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address and, if you choose text alerts, your mobile phone number.
- Your trackers: the events, hotels, campgrounds, permits, dates, group sizes and target prices you ask us to watch.
- Billing information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- Basic technical information: such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure. We don't use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To run your trackers and send the email and text alerts you ask for.
- To send service messages about your account, such as a receipt or a change to your plan.
- To answer questions you send us, and to keep the service secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages and your mobile number
If you sign up for text alerts, we use your mobile number only to send the alerts and account messages you requested.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the text messaging providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run Nabdrops, and only as needed for them to do so:
- Hosting and storage (Cloudflare, and our database provider)
- Email delivery (Resend) and text message delivery (Twilio)
- Payments (Stripe)
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
Links to booking sites and affiliate links
Alerts link to sites such as Recreation.gov, Ticketmaster, SeatGeek and hotel booking sites, where you complete any purchase. Some links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Those sites have their own privacy policies and may set their own cookies.
How long we keep information
We keep your account and tracker information while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your information within 30 days, except where we must keep records (such as billing records) by law.
Your choices and rights
- You can turn off email or text alerts, or delete trackers, at any time.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing hello@nabdrops.com.
- California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information and the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Children
Nabdrops is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect your information. No system is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and let account holders know by email.
