Terms of Service
Effective October 20, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Perry Capital LLC, doing business as Nabdrops ("Nabdrops," "we," "us"). By using nabdrops.com or our alerts, you agree to them.
What Nabdrops does
Nabdrops watches publicly available prices and availability and alerts you when ticket or hotel prices drop below a target you set, or when campsites, permits or timed-entry reservations open up from cancellations. You complete every booking or purchase yourself on the seller's or reservation provider's site.
Nabdrops is an independent service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Recreation.gov, Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, Google or any hotel or booking site.
No guarantees
Prices and availability change quickly and come from third parties. We can't guarantee that an alert will arrive in time, that a price or opening will still be available when you check, or that our information is complete or error-free. Always confirm details on the booking site before you buy.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including your email address and phone number, and for activity on your account. You must be at least 18, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to use Nabdrops.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Prices and plan limits are shown on our Plans page and may change with notice.
Fair use
Don't misuse the service: no automated access to our site, no attempts to get around plan limits or security, and no use that breaks the law or the terms of the sites we link to.
Affiliate links
Some links on Nabdrops are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Text alert terms
Program: Nabdrops Alerts, from Perry Capital LLC dba Nabdrops.
What you'll receive: automated alert texts about the trackers you set up, such as a campsite or permit opening from a cancellation or a price drop below your target, plus occasional account messages. We don't send marketing texts.
How you sign up: by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box when you choose text alerts on nabdrops.com. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency: message frequency varies with your trackers and how often openings or price drops occur.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. You'll get one confirmation text, and no more after that. You can also turn off text alerts in your account.
Help: reply HELP for help, or email hello@nabdrops.com.
Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Disclaimers and limits on liability
Nabdrops is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and Perry Capital LLC won't be liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for missed bookings, price changes or purchases you make on other sites. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and ending service
We may update these terms; if changes are material, we'll update the date above and let account holders know. You can stop using Nabdrops at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
